We have a warm, welcoming environment that places a huge focus on building strong relationships that are positive and reciprocal with all our kindergarten learning community. We welcome new and prospective families/whānau to come and see what we offer.

Our kindergarten has a strong bi-cultural ethos, embellished under our Tūwharetoatanga we implement practices and values derived from our Kaumātua (elders). We have a new, spacious and modern indoor/outdoor environment with high quality resources.

Our commitment is to develop confident, capable, social children that enjoy new learning. We allow children to explore and extend themselves mentally and physically – attributes essential for success at school and in life.

Kia ora, my name is Donna Phillips.

I was born and raised in Tūrangi, completing my schooling with Hirangi Primary and Tongariro High School.

I moved a few times from the area but Tūrangi has been my home again for the last 12 years.

I have been actively involved in Central Kids Tūrangi as a parent for the last 4 & 1/2 years with my two girls, now aged six and five.

I look forward to working within the team and with the Tūrangi community.
